Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered by Techable Consultancy through www.techable.in (the "Site"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Project Engagements

- Discovery/consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed.

- For fixed-scope projects, an upfront advance (typically 30–50%) is required and is non-refundable after project kickoff.

- Milestone payments are due upon delivery/acceptance of the milestone and are non-refundable once approved.

Subscription/Retainer Services

- Subscriptions or retainers can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Change Requests & Cancellations

- If you cancel a project after kickoff, you’re liable for work completed to date and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

- Change requests outside the agreed scope may affect timelines and costs; such charges are non-refundable once work begins.

Quality Assurance & Revisions

- We provide revisions as per the agreed scope. If deliverables materially deviate from the specification, we’ll rectify within a reasonable time.

- Refunds are not provided for subjective preferences beyond the documented scope.

Third-Party Fees

- Fees paid to third parties (cloud services, domains, licenses, APIs, ads) are governed by those providers’ policies and are non-refundable through us.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

- Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and recovery of associated fees.

How to Request a Cancellation

- To cancel a subscription or project, write to hello@techable.in with your project name, invoice/billing reference, and reason for cancellation.

- We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
